Parts manufacturing with 3D priting technologies

The 3Digital Manufacturing Lab offers different 3D printing technologies for manufacturing prototypes, parts and tooling.  

Filament extrusion technologies with a printing volume up to 300 x 400 x 400 mm and materials such as PLA, ABS, ASA, PETG, PA, PC and PP are available. Also, there is the possibility to print pellets with melting temperatures above 350 ºC.  

The second technology offered is Stereolithography (SLA), using Form 3B+ equipment, with a printing volume of 145 x 145 x 185 mm and materials with different properties, depending on the needs. Open-source machinery is also available for the processing of generic materials and the characterization of their printing process. 

Finally, selective laser sintering (SLS) equipment is available with a printing volume of 130 x 180 x 330 mm and PA12. For the production with other polymeric materials, please consult us.
