The Eurecat Foundation and the UdG will act as data controllers with respect to the data to which they have access due to the actions related to the organisation of the event and, from now on, they will be jointly referred to as the Data Controller.

Purpose: identification and contact data will be processed for the purpose of contacting the interested party, managing participation in activities and training organized by 3DML, attending to requests for quotes and sending information, if expressly accepted.

Legitimacy: The legal basis for data processing is consent (Article 6.1 a) GDPR).

Recipients: The data will not be transferred to third parties; however, the data may be accessible by third party service providers of the Data Controller or by legal obligation. You can obtain complete information by contacting the Data Controller.

Storage: The data will be kept for as long as they are necessary to carry out the purpose, or until their deletion is requested.

Profiling and automated decisions: the data will not be subject to automated decisions or profiling.

Rights: Consent can be revoked at any time. You have the right to access, rectify and delete your data, as well as limit their processing, oppose them or exercise your right to data portability. These rights can be exercised, under the terms and conditions provided for in current legislation, at Fundació Eurecat, Av. The execution of your request will be carried out in coordination between the Data Controllers with the aim of protecting your rights as a data subject.
