Microwave and Plasma Laboratory

Eurecat’s Microwave and Plasma Laboratory has been set up in response to the need for high-temperature materials processing. Its main role is studying and applying microwave energy in industrial processes in order to optimise production, energy use and raw material inputs.

It consists of microwave generators adapted and modified in the laboratory according to the process and the use of plasma in industrial processes together with the instrumentation required.
