Characterisation of protein-protein interactions

At Eurecat’s Biotechnology and Omic Sciences Laboratory we provide services for characterising the protein interactors of a downstream target protein by affinity purification, immunoprecipitation or labelling strategies. The expected output is a list of proteins that interact with a bait protein through statistical evaluation to identify bona fide interactors.
