Phosphoproteome quantification

Quantification of phosphopeptides under various conditions relative to a control without requiring any prior protein tagging or using labelling techniques such as SILAC, TMT, etc.

The expected output is a list of phosphopeptides quantified relative to control samples, where each phosphopeptide has a fold change and an adjusted p-value.
