Proteome quantification

Quantification of proteins under various conditions with respect to a control, either without prior protein tagging or using labelling techniques such as SILAC, TMT, etc.

Sample types include whole cell extracts, exosomes, secretomes and liquid biopsies.

The expected output is a list of proteins quantified relative to control samples, where each protein has a fold change and an adjusted p-value.
