Targeted protein quantification

At Eurecat’s Biotechnology and Omic Sciences Laboratory we perform targeted quantification of a set of proteins of interest in a large number of samples. The expected output is a list of proteins quantified relative to control samples, where each protein has a fold change and an adjusted p-value.
