Eurecat’s Nutrition and Food Technology Laboratory specialises mainly in nutrient and food safety.

We are a multi-purpose laboratory which assesses the biological efficiency of any ingredient, active substance or foodstuff. These analyses are carried out using physico-chemical, sensory, microbiological and mechanical characterisation techniques as well as in vitro-in vivo studies.
