Metrology services (dimensional control and verification of parts)

We have two pieces of equipment that are used depending on the needs of the service or project:

One unit (touch/contact measurement) is mainly used for measuring and validating dimensions and tolerances of large parts (machine parts or large volume devices), with a measuring radius of up to 3m and providing a measuring accuracy of 0.1mm at the most unfavourable point, it has native software that can validate dimensions on 3D models, representing the real deviations from the nominal ones by means of visual colour diagrams.

The second metrology unit can measure by contact or vision with a higher resolution than the other one (one hundredth of a millimetre) but limited to its 400x400mm measuring plate. Furthermore, metrology services are supported by various tools (graduated rulers, calipers, gauges, vernier scales, micrometers, etc.) available in the laboratory.
