The climatic controlled test is an exposure or ageing test with constant or cyclic temperature and humidity set points (usually following a standardised pattern) for the study of the effect of long-term exposures or extreme temperature and temperature changes on devices.
We carry out this test according to IEC-60068, and EN, ISO, UNE and associated ASTM, automotive and proprietary standards.
We have two programmable climatic units (chambers), which can provide controlled temperature and humidity environments from -75ºC to 180ºC (0.95%RH), with an interior capacity of 1 cubic metre. All the chambers in the laboratory are equipped with large access ports for monitoring, control and/or actuation of the devices under test.
