Aluminium casting

At Eurecat’s Metallic and Ceramic Materials Laboratory we are specialists in aluminium casting services for the development and testing of new aluminium alloys and the testing and certification of injection moulds. The Laboratory is equipped with three melting furnaces up to 1000ºC of different sizes (1, 50 and 400 kg capacity of molten aluminium) to develop customised aluminium alloys and with a Bühler Evolution 53D die casting machine fitted with all the peripherals required to carry out mould and new alloy tests for injection moulding, including mould and machine sensing and vacuum-assisted injection moulding.
