• Performance of Nakajima/Marciniak tests for the determination of the formability limit diagram and curve (FLD and FLC).
• Conducting deep-drawing (LDR) and ear tests.
• Performing Edge-cracking, Hole Expansion Test, Hole Tension Test and Half Specimen Dome Test.
• Characterisation of materials for their optimisation in hot forming processes (coating thickness, composition, mechanical properties, etc.).
• Development of bespoke tests in hot and/or cold stamping pilot plants for evaluating critical process parameters, material behaviour and performance of dies and tooling.

INSTRON static testing equipment, Dilatometer and MTS and RUMUL dynamic testing equipment and presses are available for these tests.
