The Analysis and Characterisation Laboratory’s differential scanning calorimetry test involves observing the enthalpy variation in the thermal transitions of a polymeric material. At the laboratory we determine the calorimetric curve and analyse the most relevant transitions (glass transition, Tg; melting temperature, Tm).
