Mould management

In the Injection Laboratory we deliver mould management services, with the option of managing the manufacture of new moulds or working on modifications or adaptations of moulds in production.

Specifically:

• We manage the design of the tooling from the initial stages of the preliminary design and configure it in line with the customer’s needs.
• We advise on the definition of the mould for the specifications of the part and the injection moulding machine.
• We track the manufacturing process, irrespective of whether the mould is manufactured in Spain, Europe or China.
• We deliver on our customers’ timescales.
• We conduct initial testing to check the first samples.
• We confirm injection parameters based on the needs of the part and the mould.
