The Injection Laboratory’s technical support service provides solutions to specific needs and injection problems at the customer’s facilities by means of on-site technical advice. This makes it possible to analyse the current process and identify the actions needed to solve the problem.

Our technicians are specialists in:

• Conducting tests and obtaining injection parameters.
• Setting up moulds and optimising injection moulding processes.
• Production supervision.
• Solutions for injection problems through technical consultancy.
• Analysis of defects in parts using thermographic testing.
• Validating the mould-process combination is operating properly.
• Validating the optimal process conditions for this combination and assessing its compliance with the engineering constraints for which it has been designed.
• Identifying the limits of the process, its range and margins of stability and possible solutions in case of disturbances.
• Identifying potential problems in the mould-process combination prior to production along with corrective and preventive measures.
• Proposal for a Preventive Maintenance Plan (mould-process) for the production phase.
